    The excellent service and facilities. The location is unique, with clean beaches and high security. There is also a great restaurant in house but if you like local food there are plenty of small restaurants along the coast very near to the hotel.Congratulation on a job very well done.     incredibly beautiful property with affable employees as with all the other services provided by the hotel management and staff. marvellous location in business office, excellent restaurants in the local area. and 5 mins walk to waves indoor waterpark.

    Beautiful hotel with fine ocean views. The Beautiful Double Room was spacious, with air conditioning, a private bathroom, a satisfying shower, and cable channels. Pool area is amazing. Breakfast was packed with options like fresh pastries and delicious coffee. Plus, the staff was super attentive.

    Best location at Playa Mucierlago. Excellent chef serving cafe and restaurant. The one-night reservation extended our 3-night stay, which was booked at a much lower rate, made directly with hotel, but it was worth the extra since the South American Games filled the hotel and Booked.net had five rooms open.

    Facilities, receptionist very friendly and helpful, excelent bartender, very patience waiters and respectful, nice environment, easy access to the beach, clean pool and many others.

    1. They made a mistake with my reservation. I reserved 2 doble rooms and what I got was 1 Grand suite, no complaint with the price, which they honored, but, I travel with my wife and 2 friends not related, male and female and one of them has to sleep in my room and the other in a sofa bed... They were ok. But they were my guesses an were not ok for me

    The breakfast could have offered more variety. The staff was kind, especially Tatiana and Alexander. The location was unbeatable with easy access to the beach and shopping.

    The view was beautiful and very relaxing. We were surprised that we saw whales from our balcony.The location was also very good and we do plan on returning.

    The free breakfasts were just ok although their scrambled eggs were way too runny and almost looked raw at times. The waiter service on a couple of days was bad. Two out of the five days that we were there, no one even approached our table

    Amazing, Amazing, Amazing.

    Every detail at this hotel screams luxury and comfort! The amazing views of the Pacific were a feast for the eyes every morning. My room was a spacious haven, and the pool area was the perfect spot to unwind, especially with live music playing as I floated around!
